1, Financial;

财务职责：

 

-         Support implementation of revenue generation initiatives.

-         Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs.

-         Assist in delivering and measuring promotional activities, including staff incentives.

2, Operational:

-         Consistently exceed guest expectations.

人事职责：

-         Attend and pass the DSG training and test

-         Obey by the employee handbook of Morton’s

-         Fully adhere to PRC labor law

遵守中华人民共和国法律法规；

-         Seek counseling from the HR department in case of any doubt

任何（对人事专业问题的）疑问咨询人力资源部；

-         Help in developing staff and promote training on different topics

-         Colleagues are clear of how they are performing and action required.

确保员工明确知晓其工作职能；

-         Employee relations are dealt with in line with company standards and legal obligations

根据公司标准以及法律规定，有效处理员工关系；

4, Relations:

工作关系：

Establish effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all restaurant guests, clients, heads of department and employees.

-         建立良好的人事关系，在工作中树立良好的工作形象，给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理和员工以专业化及热情服务的美好印象。

-         Attend key briefings and training sessions.

参加重要会议及培训；

-         employees are aware of Communication with all areas is clear, consistent and transparent.
