Job Responsibilities:

1. IT user support in the region and reply end user for typical AX incidents and requirements

2. Incident management Assistance for North Asia via Hempel’s Service Management system 

3. Share AX experience and  improvement suggestions with the global IT organization

4. Application modules support to all Dynamics AX users within Asia Pacific area

5. Coordinate AX System testing (new software releases, etc.)        

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in IT

2. 8 year experience with ERP user administration and security design

3. Experience with integration between the ERP system and other Business applications

4. Expertise with SQL, XML and preferably also other MS tools

5. Fluent in English – verbal as well as writing

6. Experience from Dynamics AX or D365
