Job description:
Finance functions
You will have to assist administrative tasks such as :
*Organize and report the work for the accountant
* Invoices preparation
* Invoices Doing
* Invoices management follow up
* Monthly expense follow up
* Bank management follow up
* Daily administrative tasks (Kuaidi, hotline, transport tickets, advices to foreigners…)
Profile: Qualification and Experience
* All fields, but major in business admin, HR or with an engineering background is a plus
* Agree to work about technical and engineering profiles
* Very curious and organized
* Opened Minded
* Pro active and like to work with foreigners
* Good English
