高级关务专员

作为亚洲物流团队的一部分，您会负责我们从中国到海外的货物出口及进口的相关海关事务。您将与采购团队、产品经理、运输团队及目的地团队通力合作。

主要职责：

• 与货代/报关代理合作处理货物在中国的出口及在美国，加拿大，日本等国家的进口
• 货物归类，中国海关编码的确定
• 协助确定美国、加拿大和日本等国家的进口海关编码
• 解决货物进出口与海关相关的问题
• 主动监察集团所有产品的相关海关和法律规定的发展变化
• 作为集团公司关务问题的联络人
• 管理层分配的其他任务

任职要求：

1. 大专或以上学历
2. 2-3年关务或物流工作经验
3. 有海关编码归类经验
4. 有中国电子口岸及单一窗口操作经验
5. 对企业海关IT系统有一定的知识
6. 有出口退税经验更佳
7. 英文CET-4以上水平
8. 有良好的Excel技能，及ERP, SCM系统经验更佳
9. 平等专业的沟通能力
10. 自信，能独立处理问题

Senior Customs Specialist - International

As an integral part of Asia logistics team, you are responsible for our goods export from China to overseas. You will partner with procurement, category, transport team, destination to improve overall performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with forwarders/customs brokers for export customs handling in China and import customs handling in USA, Canada, Japan etc.

Determination of HS code for export processing in China

Determination of HS code for import processing in USA, Canada and Japan etc.

Solve customs related problems in exportation in China and importation in USA, Canada and Japan etc.

Proactive monitoring of international customs developments and legal requirements for all products of the group

Expert contact person within the KW-Group for international questions concerning the customs clearance

Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

College or above

2~3 years experience with Customs or Logistics related,

HS code classification experience

Experience in China E-port system and International Trade Single Window system

Solid knowledge on Customs IT systems

Export VAT refund experience is a plus

Good English level (in oral, reading and writing) is a plus

ERP experience, SCM system experience, Good Excel skills is a plus

Equal and Professional communication

Perform confidently in subject-specific questions
