职位目标    

为电商产品15-30秒的优秀视频拍摄提供有创意的艺术指导，并管理拍摄场地、道具、模特等

工作职责

• 为我们多样化的产品拍摄提供有说服力创意构思和策略
• 有效地管理高强度的工作量，从拍摄前准备到最终发布
• 和视频摄像紧密配合，为产品拍摄提供独特和有创意的艺术指导
• 开发，采购和管理道具，布景，模特和场地预算

    

职位要求

• 三年以上电商产品视频制作经验
• 有专业的分辨质量和细节的眼光( 纹理，光线，阴影，颜色)
• 具备与视频摄像师合作开发独特并有趣的创意概念的能力
• 有可展示有关创意故事讲述和指导，视频制作，构图和美学知识的作品集
• 创造独特而引人入胜的信息视频概念的创造力
• 具有脚本编写经验，一次可以制作多个项目
• 必须了解Adobe Creative Cloud程序
• 熟练的英语听说读写能力
• 优秀的组织能力-能有效的进行优先顺序安排及多任务处理
• 积级主动地解决问题，能提供专业方面的培训，专业并注重细节
  
  

Job Goal：
Develop a creative art direction while managing location, props, and models for 15-30 second videos of our Items at their best for e-commerce use

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling video concept ideas and strategies that offer engaging stories and information about our various products.
• Effectively manage a high volume workload from Pre Production to Final Delivery
• Create and develop unique and creative art direction for product videos, working closely with the Videographer
• Develop, procure, and manage a prop, set, models, location Budget
    

Requirements:

• 3+ years of production experience within an E-Commerce setting.
• Major or degree in photography, art, or related area useful
• Have a keen eye for quality and details ( texture, light reflection, shadow, color)
• Proven ability to develop a unique and interesting concept, developed in association with the Videographer.
• Art direction portfolio that demonstrates a high-level knowledge of creative story telling and direction, video production, composition, and aesth
• Creativity to develop unique and engaging informational video concepts
• Experience with script writing, producing multiple projects at one time.
• Website or Reel must be submitted with demonstrated experience.
• Must have an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
• English speaking, reading, and writing comprehension is required
• Understanding Video Production processes and Best Practices are a plus
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
• Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of training
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines
