职位目标  

为电商产品拍摄15-30秒有创意的优秀视频
 

工作职责

• 为我们多样化的产品提供有吸引力和说服力的视频内容及创意
• 有效地管理高强度的工作量，从拍摄前准备到最终发布
• 在概念和美术方向上与视频编导紧密合作， 在后期上与剪辑师紧密合作
• 设置，拆除和维护工作室空间，摄像机，录音机，照明设备，麦克风和道具

职位要求

• 五年以上视频拍摄经验，摄像、艺术或相关专业优先
• 有专业的分辨质量和细节的眼光( 纹理，光线，阴影，颜色)
• 能根据视频编导提供的概念有创意地精准进行拍摄
• 拥有能展现高水平的视频制作技巧的视频作品集，包括灯光，构图，颜色和美感
• 具备有创意地创造出优秀的视频内容的能力，有剧本撰写，准备拍摄清单，执行拍摄和编辑/优化视频和音频的能力
• 必须精通Adobe创意套件, 特别是Premiere Pro和After Effects
• 熟练的英语听说读写能力
• 优秀的组织能力-能有效的进行优先顺序安排及多任务处理
• 积级主动地解决问题，能提供专业方面的培训，专业并注重细节

Job Goal:
Create well developed and creative 15-30 second videos of our Items at their best for e-commerce use
 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create video content that offers engaging stories and compelling content about our various products.
• Effectively manage a high volume workload from Pre Production to Final Delivery
• Work closely with Video Producer on concepts and art direction, and with Video Editors on final video output.
• Set up, tear down, and maintain studio space, cameras, recorders, lighting, microphones, and props.

Requirements:

• 5+ active years as a Product Videographer or equivalent title
• Major or degree in photography, art, or related area useful
• Have a keen eye for quality and details ( texture, light reflection, shadow, color)
• Proven ability to creatively and accurately capture items with a given concept developed in association with the Video Producer.
• Videography portfolio that demonstrates a high-level knowledge of video production, including creative lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics
• Creativity to develop unique and engaging informational video concepts
• Experience with script writing, developing video shot list, executing video shoots, editing/optimizing video and audio
• A production reel/samples of work must be provided for consideration for this position
• Must have a high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
• English speaking, reading, and writing comprehension is required
• Superior organizational skills—must be able to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
• Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of training
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines
