As Senior Picture Editor in our company you are responsible for visualization, makeover and presentation of our products, in close cooperation with our main graphics team in Berlin.

Primary Responsibilities:

Finish daily picture editing work with fulfillment of KPI goal

Edit all product pictures following the high quality standard

Be able to finish daily editing workload

Maintain and update picture database

Handle editing change tasks

Constantly train and improve editing team

- Conduct editing skill training to Junior Editors

- Discover and enhance new editing techniques and skills

Handle and support other tasks of Graphic Team

- Finish other tasks from team lead

The right candidate must be:

3+ years of Graphic Design or retouching experience, expert command of Photoshop.

    

3年以上平面设计或修图经验，熟练使用Photoshop

    

    

Major or degree in Visual design or other art related area, formal drawing training or similar is a must.

    

视觉设计或其他艺术相关专业，有正规绘画培训或类似的专业

    

    

Have a keen eye for design, image quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, color), have outstanding portfolio.

Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems.

Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of training.
