为电商产品剪辑15-30秒有创意的优秀视频

工作职责   

• 为我们多样化的产品提供有创意的后期制作
• 有效地管理高强度的工作量，从素材汇总，视频剪辑到最终发布
• 在美术方向和最终输出上与摄像师和编导紧密合作
• 管理所有的素材和文件

职位要求

• 五年以上视频剪辑经验，视频制作、剪辑、摄像、艺术或相关专业优先
• 有专业的分辨质量和细节的眼光( 纹理，光线，阴影，颜色)
• 根据编导和摄像师提供的概念能有创意地精准进行剪辑
• 拥有能展现高水平的视频剪辑技巧的视频作品集，包括素材运用，构图，颜色，转场和美感
• 具备有创意地创造出独特的视频内容的能力
• 必须精通Adobe创意套件, 特别是Premiere Pro和After Effects
• 熟练的英语听说读写能力
• 熟悉后期剪辑设备如Loupedeck 或BlackMagic
• 优秀的组织能力-能有效的进行优先顺序安排及多任务处理
• 积级主动地解决问题，能提供专业方面的培训，专业并注重细节
    

Job Goal:
Creatively edit and output 15-30 second videos of our Items at their best for e-commerce use
 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compile and final creatively edit video content that offers engaging stories and compelling content about our various products.
• Effectively manage a high volume workload from Asset compilation, video editing, to Final Delivery
• Work closely with Videographer and Video Producer on art direction for final video output.
• Manage all asset storage and file preparation. Create a useable, high-quality final result meant for the internet and E-Commerce use.

Requirements:

• 5+ active years as a Product Video Editor or equivalent title
• Major or degree in Video production, Editing, photography, art, or related area useful
• Have a keen eye for quality and details ( texture, light reflection, shadow, color)
• Proven ability to creatively and accurately compile assets with a given concept developed in association with the Videographer and Video Producer.
•  Video Editing portfolio that demonstrates a high-level knowledge of video production editing, including creative asset use, composition, coloring, keying, transitions, graphics, and aesthetics.
• Creativity to develop unique and engaging informational videos through editing assets based on a c
• Experience with script development,  editing/optimizing video and audio
• Must have a high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
• English speaking, reading, and writing comprehension is required
• Understanding how to use editing input devices like a Loupdeck or BlackMagic console
• Superior organizational skills—must be able to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
• Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of training
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines
