Responsibilities:

1. Join in the new product development, work with engineering team to define the critical to quality and product quality requirement at product development stage(prototype, NPI, mass production), evaluate DFX, and work out product control plan.

2. Proactively work with cross function team. To do risk assessment at each product development stage.

3. Develop metrology for dimensions/cosmetics/electrical test, design gauges, measurement fixtures, and do qualification to them.

4. Develop reliability test to part level and finished product. Test and verify the products meet the specification or not.

5. Create quality documents in every stage, test plan, control plan, product check list.

Requirement:

1. Electronics or mechanics engineering education background, collage above.

2. 6+years experience in product quality and reliability test, apply the quality tools properly at product development stage, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.

3. Good reading and writing in English, oral ability is plus.

4. Automotive industry experience is plus.
