Major Responsibilities:
· Execute quality policy to align evaluation and inspection standards between customers and factories.

· Oversee the quality operations of the factories in China and offshore.
· Handle customer enquiry, monitor sales and revenue, and participate in business development.
· Develop standards of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow up quality.

Requirements:
· Diploma in textile or related discipline or above;
· 7-10 years QA/QC exposure in USA garment market and hardgoods, experience in 3rd party audit firms required;
· In-depth technical knowledge in both apparel and hardgoods;
· Solid experience in China and offshore production;
· With good business sense to drive market development an asset;
· Good command in English,Chinese and computer literacy;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
