Responsibilities

Consultant Function

1.To ensure that we deliver the best office service in Beijing to all clients all the time

2.Receive enquiries from clients and ensure that you understand their needs

3.Hiring / Prospect development

4.Keep in regular contact with clients at all times including advising them of progress

5.Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients

6.Coordinate with business development team

7.Negotiate for properties on behalf of clients

8.Participate in monthly regional Business Development calls with key TR leads in AP, Europe and U.S.

Person Specification 

1.At least 7 years relevant working experience

2.Bachelor degree or above

3.Team management experience preferred

4.Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills

5.Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

6.Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan

7.Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
