Job Responsibility:

    

• Manage SOP / SSP meeting with suppliers to determine the supply plan. Provide reliable and timely information on production capacity, long lead time material purchase, buffer stock plan, and identify the risk on the supply plan.
• Maintain master data and accurate supplier production capacity in SAP/APO  (Supply planner level) to illustrate the supply plan. Provide timely pre-alerts of risk of delivery and propose contingency plan with escalation process. Negotiate with suppliers on recovery action plan of delay in delivery and propose solution or action on stock allocation to continents.
• Review regularly new project milestone or phase progress. Identify potential risk of project delay from supply chain point of view.
• Reduce suppliers’ production lead time & product minimum order quantity. Implement, review, analyze and evaluate the suppliers’ supply chain management KPI and work on continuous improvements.
• Macro building to align systems and Microsoft documents.
• Follow up with suppliers on the exposure list reporting and manage significant discrepancy to sales & operations planning demand. Manage end of life process to minimize exposure risk and negotiate with suppliers to minimize claim of unused critical components.

Requirements:

• Degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines with 5 years relevant working experience Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in supply planning
•  Good communication skills, responsible & self-motivated
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
• Hands on experience in SAP/APO
• Occasional travel to Mainland China required
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
