职位描述
工作性质:负责公司邮件的整理、分发并以最快的途径、方式送抵收信人手中,包括内部及外部的客户。能够在有限度或完全没有监督管理的情况之下可以独立完成工作,并需要对经验稍浅的同事提供适当的培训及帮助。
职位要求:
- 2 年或以上工作经验
- 具备基本的计算机知识及windows操作技能
- 具有Adobe Acrobat操作技能,将被优先考虑
- 基本的英语读写能力
- 能够严格按照工作流程工作
- 能接受适当的加班,包括紧急通知的加班
- 较好的团队合作意识
职责:
- 以专业及礼貌的服务态度对待客户
- 在处理机密文件时严格遵守内部合规部的指引
- 负责公司内部及外出的邮件送递服务
- 依据客户的指令,快速并准确无误地在指定的时间内完成所需的工作
- 根据内部的操作守则处理各种文件
- 准确记录上下班时间,包括加班时间,向管理层提交详细的日程表
- 维持专业、得体的客户服务态度
- 与客户及同事之间维持良好及有效的沟通
- 注重团队合作性及参与性
- 及时准确地完成其他管理层所指派的工作
Purpose of Job: Mail Assistant is required to efficiently produce and deliver new and existing documents to the clients' specifications. This position requires experience and ability to work independently or with little supervision, and sometimes assist in the training of less experienced associates.
Skills Required:
· 2+ years working experience.
· Basic knowledge of the PC platform, understanding of Windows XP.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Word - Intermediate, Microsoft Excel - Intermediate.
· Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat an advantage.
· Good command of English and Mandarin.
· Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
· Ability to learn and conform to any new work procedures.
· Willing to work overtime, webekends and holidays at minimal notice.
· Work in a collaborative and team oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Communicate and interact with clients in a professional, positive and courteous manner.
· Follow procedure to handling confidential material.
· Outdoor and internal delivery, schedule delivery according to clients' need.
· Meet deadlines.
· Scheduling documents according to procedure.
· Maintain an overtime or time tracking log.
· Exhibit a professional decorum at all times.
· Contribute to the team through cooperation and participation.
· Communicate effectively with other associates.
