Resposibility:

1.Prospection

• Set up data base of prospects within the company scope of development
• Identify target by segment and contacts, analyze possible go to market approach
• Contact, phone prospection, meeting organization
• Pre-sales preparation, identification of target (turnover, organization, segment, constraints, SWOT)
• Set up of sales speech
• Setting of proposal (with management team)
• Prospection follow up to ensure high conversion ratio

2.Sales development

• Targets identification on Southern China markets
• Evaluation of potential needs and approaches
• Setting up of sales speeches
• Fairs exhibitions and events to attend
• Networking
• Competition benchmark

3.Key account management

• Follow up existing customers (follow up customers’’ satisfaction, regular visits…)
• Quarterly visits to key accounts
• Development of new market shares (increase volumes of business, new services, new locations)
• Identify needs, work with management team to propose tailor-made solutions when needed or when opportunities are identified

4.Representation

• Represent SgT during fairs, events
• Contribute to SgT brand exposure
• Contribute with the management team to the establishment of sales and marketing tools and solutions

1.Minimum 3 years of sales experience

Not necessarily knowledgeable in the domain of quality management control but ideally familiar with service industry

Possible prior experiences:

- Sales and development position for a 3rd party quality service company

- Customer Service position for a 3rd party quality service company

Experience and connections in textile are a plus

3.Good presentation skills and elocution in Chinese

4.Excellent phone skills

5.Computer skills (MS office, email, social medias…)

6.Good English writing & speaking
