工作综述:

在所属区域积极开发新兴市场和推广应用，搜寻并发展新客户和新生意；同时，维护现有客户关系并开发新的项目，从而实现既定的业务增长目标。

岗位职责：

1.分析，规划和制定所管辖区域的业务发展方案

2.积极开发新客户和新生意

3.维护现有客户关系，扩大现有业务份额，挖掘新的增长机会。

4.与市场团队配合，收集市场信息，拓展新兴市场，推广公司的新产品和新应用方案

5.与技术团队合作处理客户的应用问题并积极回馈

6.不断的自我学习新的产品和技术知识

7.熟练使用客户管理系统，按要求更新客户和项目的开发进展。

8.完成上级要求之其他各项工作。

岗位要求：

- 4年以上SMT行业及波峰焊相关工作经验

- 英语听说读写良好

- 熟练使用办公软件

- 良好的沟通技能
