job Description:

? Provide Support to the Sales Team to process orders from customers.
? Liaise with Sales Managers as to delivery priorities
? Liaise with Finance Department for Invoicing
? Supervise arrangement of Air/Sea Freight
? Maintain Data base on customer order status and its execution
? Preparation and sending Proforma Invoices
? Ensure receipt of Timely Payments
? Supervising and Coordination with warehouse on delivery date and shipping

Requirements:

? Diploma in Business , Commerce is a Plus
? 3 or more Years of Sales Experience is a MUST
? Must Be Assertive and confident with liaising with regional counterparts
? A team player with ability to establish priorities and multi task
? Good Communication and interpersonal skills combined with a hard working and positive attitude towards the organization's objectives.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is a Must
? Good Customer care skills
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Good written and verbal English is a must
? Good organizational Skills
