1.Lead the team to develop, implement and maintain of company website to facilitate promotion of the company.

2.Cultivate relationship and networking with industry associations, consulate and key accounts to identify and explore sales opportunities.

3.Develop strategic sales plan and monitor the implementation to ensure sales target is achieved.

4.Responsible for overall planning and operation of the company website, establish the internal management system, norms and standards of the website’s operation and business processes.

5.Analyze market, competitors and user needs, adjust column construction and lead team members to complete the development, transformation and operation of the website.

6.Make use of self-experiences and resources to formulate website operation and promotion campaigns, lead the team and related departments to coordinate the implementation of the project.

7.Study and analyze customer behavior and market development direction, and make adjustments according to the change.

8.Monitor website operation, perform data analysis to evaluate effectiveness, understand the flow, visitor experience, and brand position in the market.

9.Perform any other special assignments as required and defined by the management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirement：

1. Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in website operation, promotion and cooperation with 2 years in managerial capacity;

2. Familiar with Internet industry, website architecture, operation and management; understand website cooperation and process;

3. Extensive experience in Internet market planning, marketing and promotion, engaged in overall operation of large-scale websites, and possess rich Internet resources;

4. Hands-on knowledge of SEO, familiar with major search engines; sensitive to data, with strong data analysis skills and insights; familiar with online advertising, and website affiliate advertising delivery process;

5. Excellent writing skills with good marketing, event planning, and innovation capabilities, 

6. Strong market intelligence with good market analysis skills;

7. Strong management and leadership skills, able to lead team members to complete website development, transformation, and operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills; innovative and able to work under pressure.

8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), additional language will be an asset
