职位描述

The position is Sales assistant.
The position responsibility is as below:

1. Create quote and quote-follow-up by phone call;
2. Handle order processing;
3. Tracing customer payment & arrange shipment;
4. Checking stock for Sales Engineer;
5. Support product & trade show campaign follow-up, consolidate the data in CRM;
6. Call customer to maintain good relationship regularly & qualify customer data.

The position requirement:

1. Above bachelor degree; at least 2 years relative working experience;
2. Fluent in English speaking and writing;
3. Nice voice & good skills at calling customers;
4. Familiar with ERP and CRM system will be considered in priority;
5. Working at the attitude of patience, humility, carefulness and diligent;
6. Strong in team spirit, open mind to discuss with colleagues and help others.
