SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    

-   Manage and operate China WebShop daily to update product master data including products, pricing, images, promotion and discount, and SEO work related to ecommerce platform etc

    

-   Design and implement digital campaigns to drive quality traffic, improve conversion, and track WebShop performance

    

-    Prepare China WebShop KPI report (traffic, registrations, login, conversion, order value) and suggest actions for improvement

    

-    Research local B2B ecommerce trends and develop new functions based on local requirements by working with HQ Digital Collaboration team

    

-    Support live streaming, live demo and COE tour for COE GO DIGITAL

    

-    Keep close communication with admin service vendors to ensure safety and high-quality service including shuttle bus, office facilities, cleaning team, greenery, etc. 

    

-    General office procurement and payment processing for miscellaneous orders like office supply, drinking water, express and name card printing, etc.

    

-    Support other tasks as required by line manager

    

    

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT

    

-    Bachelor’s degree

      

-    Can work independently and accountably

    

-    Proactive, careful and detail oriented

    

-    Good communication skills and planning skills
