1 A DCS Commissioning Engineer can only carry out work for which he/she has been trained. It is the responsibility of the DCS Test Leader to ensure the training needs are met in advance of the need dates. 

2 All DCS Commissioning Engineers must operate in strict compliance with Company and Customer Site Safety Rules, as well as the Thales Crisis Management Process. 

3 Where assigned, the DCS Commissioning Engineer may be responsible for booking the required occupancies. 

4 If assigned to Installation Supervision:
？ Supervise Site mark-out, as instructed by the DCS Leader
？ Be fully familiar with Installation process, standards and requirements
？ Supervise Installation Subcontractor to complete works in accordance with those requirements
？ Feedback on progress and issues encountered to the Installation Manager
？ Redline drawings (under approval of Installation Manager), as required. 5 If assigned to PICO Testing or Testing & Commissioning:
？ Be fully familiar with the Testing plan, procedures and process
？ Carry out works in accordance with those requirements
？ Feedback on progress and issues encountered to the related Test Lead
？ Fill in the Test Certificates during the process of the test (this shall be done in real time)
？ Gather all test datalogs necessary for the testing
？ Raise CRs for any PICO/Test Results that do no align with the Expected Results defined in the test Certificate
？ Carry out initial site investigations into any issues observed.
？ Ensure test tools are calibrated before use. 

 6 If assigned to Maintenance:
？ Be fully familiar with the Maintenance plan, procedures and process
？ Carry out works in accordance with those requirements
？ Feedback on progress and issues encountered to the DCS Leader
？ Carry out initial investigation of any issues observed during revenue service or during maintenance.
？ Fulfill responsibilities of Level 1/2/3 Maintenance as required by scope of works.
？ Work with Customer’s Maintenance Resource to ensure they fully understand the maintenance procedures and are able to fulfill their scope. 

 7 Follow the company HSE policy, and positively join the HSE/Site safety training and feedback the Field working environment to Site Manager.
