1、一年以上电子商务网站页面设计（前端设计）及平面设计工作经验；
2、精通HTML/XHTML 、DIV、CSS、ajax、flex、Javascript等技术，熟悉页面架构和布局；掌握浏览器兼容性问题；精通Dreamweaver、Photoshop、Illustrator、Flash、Visio、CorelDRAW等网页设计及图像处理工具；
3、有扎实的美术功底、良好的创意思维和理解能力，有优秀的审美能力，独特的创意，具有较强的创新能力，能独立快速完成高品质设计，对色彩的把握独到，能把设计风格和栏目特色进行有效的结合；
4、工作细致，善于沟通，有很好的团队合作精神，责任心强；
5、如具备以下技能者优先：
拥有大型B2B、B2C等电子商务网站和社区网站设计开发经验，对主流PHP
语言的CMS、电子商城系统（如ECSHOP、DISCUZ、DEDE或者其它系统）
有设计开发经验；
