1，本科以上学历，管理或语言专业优先；
Bachelor in commercial or language major
2，3年以上制造型工厂生产计划相关经验
3 years or above order management experience in manufacturing industry
3，对智能卡行业有一定了解优先；
Good understanding in Smart Card product
4，善于沟通，熟练使用ERP软件，有一定订单管理经验优先；
Good skills in order management, communication, ERP, Excel
5，有外贸、物流经验也可考虑；
Experience of International Trade, Finance and Logistics
Experience of project management
6，英语熟练（口语佳者优先）
Good in speaking and written English
7，勇于接受挑战，承压能力强；
Ability to accept challenges

工作职责
Competence & Criteria Required
· Participate modules planning team and monitor &
evaluate the performance planning functions by
establishing key performance indicators and metrics
· Establish best practice organization, processes and
procedures in alignment with business
requirements and company standards.
· Responsible for reporting proposal and analysis
KPI, Monthly report and Annual report
· Support planning work in terms of key customer
management, customer complaint, ensure efficient
communication within region customer service and
subcontractors
· Participate in new project and lead the team to
understand new product, ensure correct
management
· Ensure team objective is implemented and reached
· Establishment of the supply chain for subcontractor
Order processing, logistics, invoicing, stock control
· Responsible to transfer the complete supply chain
process to the selected plant/supplier
· Coach, appraise and train the team members.
· Ensure ERP systems maintenance and
improvement
· Customer information security (SAS) maintenance and improvement
