l Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.

l Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

l Coordinates, administers, and controls financial operations. Provides tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations.

l Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

l Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team.

l Finance bachelor or above background, has above experience with3Y+ or multinational company experience is priority.

l Good commend of written/oral English
