We’re looking for a Segment Planner to join our DDS GCGM SCM team in Shanghai.

As a Segment Planner you’ll be responsible for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities of the Segment in Region GCGM. These must result in a continuous optimal balance between customer service, inventories and costs in line with agreements made with commercial teams.

What you’ll do：
1. Ensure overall Customer Service levels in the Segment are met and initiate corrective actions if so required (applicable for MTS & MTO portfolio)
2. Owns and leads the S&OP process for the Category (incl of /category drive in factory S&OP)
3. Accountable for the translation of the Markets Demand plan to a full Regional (and or Global) Demand Plan and alignment with Financial Plan of the Category
4. Ensure overall stock levels of the Category are met and initiate corrective actions if so required (both Component & Finished Goods)
5. Manage / escalate the process in case of scarcity & drive allocation within the Category

Your qualifications：
1. Experience in Supplier and Customer Management
2. Knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing in a large, fast-paced manufacturing facility
3. Understanding of the PLS supply chain (configure to order/MTO):
4. Able to understand what is driving the complexity and to boil down to key areas to be prioritized on.
5. "What-if" / Scenario thinking, combining planning optimization with power of conceptual/structural changes
