• Check the drawings, make sure the reliability, tolerances, structure, function. Update drawing and follow ECR
• Reliability Test and Measurement: Manage critical parts’ multi-functional and reliable test, manage or audit the measuring of all the critical to function (CTF) dimensions. Create and follow the control plan of all the critical dimensions, in order to make sure all these parts can pass the machine test
• Tooling and Molding Follow up: Work with all the tool shop to follow the tooling process, control the quality and process. Build the following system and quality check system of the tooling process
• Relationship and Team Work: build the good cooperation relationship with all the suppliers, build the good team work with all the colleges

JOB REQUIREMENTS:      

Preferably familiar with CAD design software. Catia software experience would be a plus

• Familiar with manufacturing processes , plastic injection molding .
• Good spoken and written English language communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem Solving and decision-making skills are a must.
• Have Leadership, planning and organizing skills.
