Job Title: Regional IT Application Support
FLSA Status:
Summary: Provides support to assigned Regional facilities on Dymax standard business processes and their associated applications.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Serves as the liaison between the assigned Regions and Dymax Corporate in the design of process and application modification required by the Region.
- Serves as the liaison between the assigned Regions and the network operations center to assure that network and computer breakages are resolved .
- Provides training to the assigned Regions on Dymax process and application changes.
- Provides end user functional support for assigned business systems.
- Provides end user technical support for assigned business systems.
- Provides user documentation and training for Regional modifications to Dymax business systems
- Develops reports specific to the Region
- Backs up Corporate and other Regional application support as needed.
Education/Experience/Skills:
? Expertise in ERP, CRM in a manufacturing environment required. Expertise with JDE World desired.
? Hands on familiarity with computer and network hardware and software
? Excellent communication skills.
? Works well with teams.
? BA/BS or equivalent experience
? Fluent in English
? Comfortable working with multiple cultures
? Experience developing reports using Business Intelligence tools.
? Knowledge of Regions accounting requirements desired.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leads Project Teams.
