 Job description

1.  Work with suppliers to update company PO system for overseas shipments

2. Coordinate with suppliers, forwarder and head offices

3. Train new suppliers to get familiar with company PO system

4.  Complete Shipment Advice with full set of docs for head offices

5.  Request weekly shipping schedule from suppliers

    

Job requirements

1.  2 – 3 years experience in shipping/logistics

2.  Familiar with different kind of shipping documents

3.  Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel

4.  Strong sense of responsibility
