Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper follow up of assigned inquires and ongoing production of purchase orders, to meet shipping deadlines and commitments from customers
• To organize and prioritize incoming daily workload/workflow of purchase orders and order fullfillment
• Managing and daily updating of factory's production schedules, as well as informing clients about all order status
• Data input and purchase order updates in corporate system
• Candidate is expected to be disciplined, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving the specific goals of each client/Project.

Job requirement

• Excellent analytical skills and product planning acumen is necessary to be successful at this position.
• Qualified candidate must be detailed oriented, well organized, and able to follow up directly with factory's production teams.
• Must be able to communicate with overseas clients over the phone, in a professional manner and have a good command of the English language,both spoken and written
• High proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with immediate availability
