职位描述：

· 按照公司的培训和发展计划，安排深圳及东莞员工和管理人员参加, 以提高员工的表现；
· 建议外部提供的方案以达到员工需求并与公司的整体培训计划的目标一致；
· 组织实施培训，监控培训过程及效果；
· 进行课程的开发设计及基础课程授课；
· 编译有关国际标准化组织（ISO）、SA8000及其他关于工厂、物流中心的课程材料；
· 了解美国总公司信息后, 翻译及将之本地化、 制定和实施当地的培训计划；

任职要求：
· 大专以上学历，持有人力资源，培训或其他相关学位优先
· 5年以上企业培训经验优先
· 熟悉国际标准化组织（ISO）、SA8000及关于工厂培训优先
· 良好分析能力及能独立处理工作
· 俱备良好英文、普通话及广东话书写及会话沟通能力
· 擅于使用微软Office应用程序（Excel、Word、Outlook及PowerPoint）
