任职条件：
1、本科或以上学历，12年以上财务管理工作经历，8年以上大型商业地产、零售行业同岗位工作经验。
2、精通商业财务管理体系的搭建、团队组建与激励、业务管理的执行，了解商业地产业务流程。
3、精通财务预算管理、会计核算和资金管理、融资管理、税务管理等各模块。
4、对数字敏感，具备很强的综合分析能力和判断能力。
5、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力、目标管理能力。
6、具备良好的职业操守。
岗位职责：
1、参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动等方面的决策和方案制定工作，参与重大经济合同或协议的研究、审查，参与重要经济问题的分析和决策。
2、审核公司财务管理的各项规章制度和业务流程，监督、检查和考核公司各项财务管理制度的执行情况。
3、主持经营公司年度预算管理工作，对预算过程中存在的问题提出分析改进建议。
4、制定资金使用计划，并监控、跟踪、分析计划的执行情况。
5、审核公司其他的成本、收入、利润、资产、资金、负债等财务报表。
