1. To coordinate and analyze quality complaints from  customers, which have the root cause at process steps performed at Sunway site

   1. To coordinate and support all others suppliers of Renata in China if they receive a supplier complaint from Renata which is caused by a customer complaint which Renata HQ received.

   2. Verify the 8D-Reports received from those suppliers and communicate the result to the supplier.

   3. Follow up of all corrective actions inside those 8D-Reports and perform the verification (togehter with suppliers) if they are successful or not. In case not find alternative effective corrective actions.   

2.  Support suppliers to improve their quality management system and the quality of their products.

   1. Establish improvement plans together with suppliers

   2. Make the follow up of all points inside the improvement plans till they are all successfully implemented

   3. Perform necessary checks and controls of the products whenever necessary

3. If Renata’s customer require to perform an audit at those suppliers organize the whole preparation and coordination

   1. Accompanying the audit together with customer at supplier site

   2. Make the follow up of all findings according to audit report from customer

   3. Take over the responsibility for the communication with the customers and keep the customer up to date concerning status of inmplementation of all required improvement actions till they are all closed

4. All other individual tasks given by Team Leader of SQA-Team China or Head of QM from Renata HQ

    

Requirements:

  

1. Minimum 5 years experience in the area of (Supplier) Quality Assurance  in industrial field

2. Ability to communicate fluently in English in written and oral form

3. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and 8D problem solving methode  any knowledge of others like TS16949, ISO13485 is very welcome

4. Good communication and self motivation skills as well as the ability to convince others of his/her ideas

5. Team player, able to focus on organizational efforts of customer requirements

6. Good knowledge of FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC and PPAP

7. Degree in Engineering discipline

8. Resumes both in English and Chinese
