Main Responsibility：

Sales Operation Analysis 销售分析

Prepare for various reports such as daily, weekly & monthly reports related to sales support

部份日常的、每周的或每月的销售分析报表

Monthly sales report by Channel performance, Team/individual performance, Product mix performance

部份每月按各种渠道或是产品销售业绩的分析报表

Account unlock request follow up, Ensure unlock is being recorded and followed up company policy.

负责处理每日客户系统解锁要求，跟踪记录，确保符合公司相关政策流程。

Office display management such as order check, stock control, stock signature and discrepancy follow up.

办公室展示用品管理, 如订单核查，库存控制，每月盘点表和差异跟踪。

WOM management such as order check, stock control, discrepancy and return follow up

Wine of the Month管理，如订单核查，库存控制，差异和退货跟踪。

CSM management such as CSM database to Sales team, delivery form of CSM transferring to normal sales, stock signature and discrepancy follow up, to customer side for physical check every month.

CSM客户管理，如每月给Sales team 提供CSM系统库存，给CSC提供CSM转正常销售的订单，差异和库存签字表的跟踪，月底与销售前往客户处进行库存盘点。

Requirement：

？ Attention to details, proactive, good follow-up initiative and team player

？ Strong statistic and analysis skill, sensitive to figure and process oriented

？ Good communication and coordination skills

？ Good ability for planning, priority setting

？ Familiar with BI and SAP system

？ Proficient MS skills, esp. Excel, PPT
