Tasks：Ensure the documents to be latest revision and under control, assist management representative maintain the operations of Quality &EHS management system, keep continual improvement of the system.
Responsibilities：
1. Monitor the performance of the operation of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety system;
2. Documents Control;
3. The liaison of document control for the Group, follow up with ECN, drawings and document issues etc.
4. Arrange and assist external audit;
5. The liaison of Quality and EHS system relative;
6. Establish internal audit plan and lead the audit team perform the internal audit. Monitor/implement the corrective actions.
7. Arrange and monitor the EHS activities and training.
8. Collect Legal & Other Requirements and verify the compliance
9. Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.
Experience and skills:
1. One year work experience of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety management system.
2. Trained with ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system and is qualified internal auditor.
3. Be familiar with document control and document management.
4. PETS-3 or equivalent, good at written English, prefer fluent oral English
5. Good at office software.
6. Excellent communication, carefulness and be principled, maybe work under pressure.
