Job Duties:

• Liaise with overseas counterparts in Design and Product Development as well as vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely process from product development into bulk production
• Analyze costing and price negotiations.
• Ensure all prototypes, salesman samples etc. are delivered on time, meeting margin expectations and in accordance with the requirements from customers.
• Care code follow up, risk assessment, fab test, garment test.
• Support line manager to drive continuous improvement and positive value in projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above.
• Above 8 years of merchandising experience on Soft Accessories including cold weather product (scarf, hat, gloves), woven BB cap, headband, wrist band, etc.
• Fast learner able to work independently with good organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
• Strong in technical skill for both knit and woven item.
• Good communication skills both written and verbally in English.
• Candidates with more experience will be offered with Senior Developer, if needed.
