职位描述
General duties/主要职责:
- Subsequent coordination and lead of the sub-project After Sales during product developments
- Execution of trouble shooting for occurring technical problems in international markets, partially on-site and hands on
- Ensuring and enhancing the technical capability of the local service teams in APAC
- Conducting hands on trainings while performing 2nd level troubleshooting on site, partially requirement to travel locally and internationally
- Acting as link between operational teams (After Sales), Factory quality coordination and corporate technical department (HQ/APAC).
Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作内容:
- Specialize in defined product groups and participate in an international network of technical experts
- Provide technical support for APAC teams with application of a ticket system
- Provision of advice / support in the form of procedural documentations
- Conduct Service Appraisals hands on during the process of a development project in collaboration with international colleagues
- Provide detailed feedback gained through Service Appraisals back into the development routine
- Occasionally conduct complex troubleshooting and repair to support engineer on Jungheinrich trucks on site (stackers, electric forklifts, reach trucks & system trucks / optionally AGV and automation equipment)
- Conversation with customers / site engineers to quickly identify the root cause of the problem
- Closely collaborate with regional and corporate training centres to discuss local needs for training
- Provide support over the phone for specialized products to Jungheinrich technical teams and representations
- Hold close contact to team-members and colleagues throughout the Asia-Pacific region
Profile of qualification/胜任资质要求:
- Bachelor or above in mechatronics, electrics, mechanics, industrial engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in machine industry in a multinational company
- Experienced in After Sales / Service of machinery & Quality management & Project Management
- Excellent abilities in Electronics and Electrics
- Solid experience in Mechanics/Hydraulics
- Interested in data analysis
- Experience in remote support and/or help desk applications are a benefit
- Good command of Microsoft Office software & SAP
- Excellent/Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong ownership
- Good structure and systematic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple cases at a time
- Good competence in teamwork
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to share knowledge
- Extrovert and proactive in communication
