职责描述:
Operations Management
操作管理
? Make Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in WH and optimize of Warehouse processes.
制定仓库标准操作规程,优化仓库流程。
? Measure & drive warehouse efficiency and quality performance improvement
衡量和推动仓库效率和质量绩效的提升
? Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow
优化仓库布局,***限度地提高仓库空间利用率,提高物流效率。
? To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy. Including stocktaking and cycle counting, leading the stocktaking analysis and action plan to improve inventory accuracy follow PDCA cycle.
管理实际库存,提高库存准确性。包括存货盘点和周期盘点,根据PDCA方法,领导存货盘点分析和行动计划以提高库存准确性。
? Continue improvement to KPIs and follow up the implementation.
持续改进KPI并跟踪执行状态。
? Fully responsible for defined sections daily operations including but not limited to IB, OB, Return, kitting, 5S, discipline, Kaizen, etc.
全面负责部门的日常运作,包括但不限于收发退,kitting, 5S,纪律,改善等。

People Management
人员管理
? Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard operation process.
确保仓库员工遵守仓库标准操作流程。
? Identify and standardize the Skill matrix for warehouse team, and design the training plan for whole team.
确定并规范仓库团队的技能矩阵,设计整个团队的培训计划。
? Coach and develop warehouse team talent pipeline..
指导和发展仓库团队的人才通道。

Others
其他
? Drive the digital transformation, system integration and operation automation to contribute to productivity.
推动数字化转型、系统集成和运营自动化,提高生产力。
? Solve the safety problems. Strengthen security of warehouse.
解决安全隐患问题,加强仓库安全措施
? Comply with rules and regulations of company. Subordinate the work arranging of supervisor. Comply with operation process of job strictly.
遵守公司的各项规章制度。服从上司的工作安排,严格遵守岗位操作手则
? Any other works assigned by supervisors.

任职要求:
1 教育水平
Education Level Bachelor degree or above; Major: Logistics, Supply chain management
2 工作经验
Work experience At least 5 years relevant working experience in DC operations or Supply Chain management
3 专业技能
Professional skill ? ERP system knowledge e.g. WMS
? Be good at office software, like excel, word, PPT etc
? Lean logistics knowhow
4 语言
Language Fluency in both verbal and written English
5 其他
Others ? Problem solving skills
? Strong leadership and cooperation with other Dpts
? Digital competency is preferred
? Ability to make sound judgments and decisions
? be able work under pressure and handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility
