Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Building strong working relationships with senior executives both internally and externally
• Taking a proactive role in your own development and career path
• Directly contributing to the company's bottom line
• Facilitating and managing client projects from inception to conclusion

Skills

A successful candidate will: 

• Be a recent graduate, or have up to 1-2 years of work experience
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be organised and facilitate building relationships with clients and experts
  
  
• Have a natural curiosity to explore and anticipate clients' needs and use a logical approach to identify and recruit the right experts for the project
• Be able to provide superior client service by handling multiple projects at the same time and continuously prioritising throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Be driven to deliver high quality service by being a self-starter and anticipate what needs to be done, executing quickly
• Be able to develop relationships with internal colleagues, fitting into our culture of openness, the sharing of information, willingness to help, mutual respect and fun

Qualifications

• Being bilingual is a plus 
• Must be eligible to work in China
