职位要求：

1、熟悉人力资源管理六大模块中的招聘、员工关系或薪酬福利等多个模块

2、逻辑清晰、工作条理强，形象健康大方，有一定的组织协调能力

3、有大局观、具备主人翁精神，乐于创新，执行力强

4、具有较强的沟通能力、分析能力、应变能力及解决问题的能力

5、5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，100人以上企业人力资源岗位工作经验，35岁以下，男女不限

6、有组织发展和改革期企业工作经验，独立负责某个模块工作经验者优先

7、同等条件下有EHR系统上线经验者优先
