职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 日常客户维护，业务对接窗口
2. 对接供应商，安排订舱及负责后续货物出运所需流程的跟进
3. 系统的录入，跟进对账及相应的应收应付事项
4. 制定及更新货量报告；及时反馈并协调一切客户投诉及突发事件
5. 领导交代的其他工作
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，物流等相关专业，有一定的英语书写能力者优先
2. 有2年及以上拼箱客服经验，有揽货能力者优先
3. 良好的MS Office的技能
4. 有团队合作精神和强烈的事业心和责任感，有正确的做事观念
5. 具有很强的沟通能力和协调能力，有一定抗压能力
