1、美术、平面设计等相关专业，大专及以上学历，；
2、想象力丰富、有审美品位、对时尚有一定敏感度；
3、熟练Photoshop、Illustrator、CorelDRAW，会Flash者佳；
4、擅长版式设计，有网页设计或电子杂志设计经验者优先考虑；
5、积极肯干，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，有团队合作精神，有良好的沟通能力；
6、富有创意及执行力，有较强的表达能力、理解领悟能力和工作协调能力。
