Job Description

Help shape the future:

You are responsible for our supplier quality management for Bosch eBike Systems Connected Devices

Observe, and think ahead:？

You conduct periodic supplier quality reviews and verify corrective action implementation and drive continues improvements

Take responsibility:

You perform process quality audits and assessments through sampling phase and during mass production

Integrated implementation:？

You ensure product meet yield and quality goals during development and series production. You work with upstream and downstream suppliers to sustain and improve component quality performance

Reliable implementation:？

You define the product reliability and re-qualification test plan in sampling phase and for engineering change request/notice (ECR/ECN). You coordinate the QZ tests and review the results

Think holistically:？

You drive root cause analysis with the 8D method and ensure closed loop with the customer quality and purchasing team

Experience cooperation:？

You work with engineering, sourcing quality and cross functions in the organization to ensure proper implementation of eBike Connected Devices quality requirements

Structured evaluation:？

You assess and audit new suppliers or new supplier sites

Qualifications

Personality:

You are a reliable team player and assertive and passionate about learning new technologies

Working Practice:？

You worked 6+ years in supplier quality management and you are experienced in electronic device assembly (EMS experience).

You are experienced with relevant consumer electronic manufacturing and process quality improvement and product qualification

Experience and Knowledge:

You are using structured methods for problem solving and statistical tools for root cause analysis and decision making.

You show solid experience on quality tools such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, Lean, process improvements, yield improvements, pareto charts, root cause analysis, gauge reliability and repeatability, FAI (first article inspection), Cpk (statistical process capability), etc.

Qualifications:

You have lead auditor competence as a plus

Languages:

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Mechanics, Process Engineering or similar discipline

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
