Job Description

1. Review and follow relevant national laws and regulations of safety ,fire and occupational health/EHS法律法规收集及合规性评价；
2. Implement & maintain ISO45001 management system, and promotion ISO45001/管理体系的实施及维护；
3. Responsible for external audit and findings follow-up/负责政府、外部审核以及不符合项的追踪；
4. Organize safety inspection, supervise correct, plan action and follow up/组织安全检查并形成OPL，同时跟踪纠正预防措施的落实；
5. Assist？in？the？investigation,？analyzing？and reporting？of？EHS incidents？and？near？miss？and？ensure implementation？of？preventive？actions/协助事故发生部门进行事故调查、分析并报告EHS事故及险肇事故，跟进纠正预防措施的落实；
6. Plan safety training, establish safety education training procedures and materials/策划年度安全培训计划，建立安全培训程序及教材以及培训记录的归档；
7. Manage safety of construction project and release work permit/施工项目的安全管理及许可证的发放；
8. Maintains EHS files and records/维护并归档EHS文件及记录；
9. Conduct？risk？assessments？ for various types of operation and implementation？of？control measures/组织年度风险评估并跟进纠正预防措施的实施；
10. Organize？and？Coordinate？fire？safety？and emergency？preparedness？program & response？including spill control,？fire？drills and？training, etc. /组织和协调消防安全紧急应变计划的实施包括化学品泄漏演习、消防演习、特种设备应急事故演习以及培训等；
11. Consults with all departments on design and use of equipment, shops, and fire prevention and safety program/新设备、新车间消防和安全方面三同时的评估；
12. Inventory,？inspect？and？maintain？adequate？first-aid kit,？AED's,？spill？kits？and？specialized emergency？response？equipment /急救箱、急救药品、AED、防泄漏套装和消防应急设备清单的建立、检查和维保；
13. Occupational & health hazardous working position management /职业危害岗位的管理；
14. Arrange medical check & archive check report /安排职业危害岗位的体检以及体检报告的归档；
15. Manage？various types of EHS permits,？certifications？and registrations？including？compilation？and submission？of？all？required？EHS？reports？to regulatory？agencies？and？fulfil？EHS？corporate reporting？requirements /EHS许可证、证书以及提交至政府部门报告的合规管理；
16. Plan & organize annual EHS activity /策划并组织年度EHS活动；

Qualifications

1. 大专或本科/College or Bachelor's？degree;
2. 3年或以上/3 years or above;
3. Certified safety engineer/注册安全工程师;
4. CET4+, able to use English in both written？and？oral communications/英语四级或以上,可以使用英语书写和口语;
