岗位职责：

1. 梳理业务流程，发掘、分析，并转化业务部门的IT需求，输出IT解决方案；
2. 与公司各业务职能部门沟通，负责产品功能规划，包括业务体系规划、业务流程梳理及应用场景设计等；
3. 参与整个系统开发流程，负责需求管理与跟踪，对需求变更进行控制与管理，保证项目需求文档的真实性、完整性、时效性；
4. 建立有效的业务需求分析和沟通机制，负责与技术、运营、测试对接和协调，共同完成产品业务目标；
5. 跟踪上线系统的运行效果、用户反馈，收集和主动挖掘改进需求，根据业务需求持续改进系统，提升用户体验；
6. 基于实际业务，设计系统数据分析报表，以图/表形式展现深层次业务问题，以支持日常用户与管理层需要；
7. 完成公司合理安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学，统计学，运营调研，工商管理等相关专业；
2. 2年及以上的数据分析，业务分析工作经验；
3. 有印刷行业相关经验者优先；
4. 良好的口头沟通和书面表达能力。这包括向业务人员解释技术概念以及向技术人员解释业务概念的能力；
5. 具有优秀的逻辑思维能力，并具有需求判断、引导、控制能力；具有优秀的文档编写能力，能完成高质量的需求说明书等相关文档；熟练使用微软office, Visio和相关的工具；
6. 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，有良好的团队协作精神；
7. 有良好的英文能力， CET-4 级以上优先；

Job Description：

1. Use statistical tools to identify drivers of growth, losses, profitability of customer portfolios, and to highlight business issues and opportunities;
2. Translate business problems into analytical ones, build and manage projects to utilize analytical tools to develop and implement actionable business solutions;
3. Contribute to the communication and collaboration across all levels of the project to ensure strategic vision and priority setting;
4. Work across additional product teams to collaborate with the product owners to ensure priorities and business capabilities best align to both project and business objectives;
5. Clearly link technical design to system requirements and align with overall IT architectural direction；
6. Work and collaborate with internal team to transfer knowledge appropriately, understand the processes in place, and escalating issues as needed；

                            

Qualification and Skills Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Business or related discipline. An equivalent of this educational requirement in working experience is also acceptable for the position;
2. Preferred minimum of two years of experience in job offered or related business analysis;
3. Printing company experience is preferred；
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technology concepts to business partners, as well as business concepts to technologists;
5. Skilled in conducting a needs assessment and able to align IT with business initiatives;
6. Ability to think critically using logic and reasoning to assess alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
7. Ability to learn actively by understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
8. Good communication skills with fluent English, CET-4 or above is preferred；
