Responsibilities

1. Lead IPQC/OQC team, to perform daily QC activities. Responsible for project/product/process quality control and handling customer complaint, driving the quality improvement continually and contribute on quality cost down.

2. Join in the new product development, work with engineering team to define the critical to quality and product quality requirement at each stage(prototype, NPI/trial run, mass production), evaluate the DFX, and work out a quality plan to ensure the quality.

3. Proactively work with cross functional team for resolving any quality complaints and finding in production line. Work out effective actions and then do validation.

4. Collect the quality data, identify product critical specification & manufacturing parameters, use Lean and implement quality tools(poka-yoke, MSA, SPC, 8D, 5M1E…) for continuing improvement as well as production efficiency.

5. Create the quality control documents , check list, test requirement, control plan...

Requirement

1. 1. Education :collage above, engineering background, mechanical is plus

2. 2. 6+experience in quality, and experience in measurement/testing/assembly

3. 3. Good reading and writing in English, oral ability is plus.
