ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our business is a fast-growing company with headquarters in Europe. We are a leading designer and manufacturer of precision engineered components and products for the fence, gate, access & perimeter control industry.

We are a non-integrated manufacturing company which means that we design & engineer products but have the respective

components manufactured by a range of subcontractors. We actively coach these subcontractors about their quality control &

manufacturing setup. Afterwards, these products are being assembled in-house, packaged and shipped to our European customers.

THE ROLE

The PIE will be expert of the assembly process. He/she will be expected to formulate the process flow, take response for production yield and efficiency, take leading project(s) to improve the product cost. And also will review and provide solution / suggestion per new product & fixture design, coordinate with DVT and release process related documentation to mass production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and release process flow chart / WI.

2. Prepare and control the cycle time, UPH, OEE, TEEP, line balance, bottleneck.

3. Response for whole factory / production lines’ layout improvement through rational product manufacturing flow.

4. Arrange production training following WI / Safety / Quality.

5. Provide new project(s) / product(s) PFEMA / process flow chart / WI /SIP

6. Support the new project(s) trial run and get the yield & efficiency evaluation report.

7. Interface with quality team, designer and mechanization team on process and product optimization.

8. Work with global team for new line installation and qualification.

9. Ensure critical process parameters are properly documented and tracked using Statistical Process Control (SPC)

methodologies.

10. Ensure appropriate TPM systems are in place and appropriate actions taken to maintain the facility in good operating condition.

11. Suggest and Motivate equipment procurement (autonomation) .

12. Formulate auto / intelligent manufacturing control system

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial, or Electric Engineering or other Engineering discipline.

2. 5+ years of experience in setup of one-piece-flow assembly lines.

3. Native Mandarin and excellent written and good verbal English communication skills.

4. Excellent knowledge of Lean principles (Lean Six Sigma green belt/black belt preferred).

5. Excellent process upgrade to automation experience.

6. Comfortable providing clear and focused training and support to the Production Team

7. Ability to work in rapidly changing environment with minimal guidance, self-starter, yet team player.

8. Ability to manage one or more projects involving cross-functional teams.

9. Good Skill of PPT, excel, word.

10. Good sensitiveness of issue & data.

11. Good trouble-shooting skill.

12. Good overall people management skills.

13. Experience with Solidworks / PDM / ERP is a plus

14. Good knowledge of industrial standard about lock & it’s relative products

LOCATION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position is in Shajing Town, Shenzhen – 800Meters far from metro Line 11 HouTing station
