ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our business is a fast-growing company with headquarters in Europe. We are a leading designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered components and products for the fence, gate, access & perimeter control industry.

We are a non-integrated manufacturing company which means that we design & engineer products but have the respective components manufactured by a range of subcontractors. We actively coach these subcontractors about their quality control & manufacturing setup. Afterwards, these products are being assembled in-house, packaged and shipped to our European customers.

For our manufacturing & assembly plant in China (Shajing town, Shenzhen), where we employ 100 people, we are looking for a CAD Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for designing products using computer-aided design software applications such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Mainly create 3D drawing base on design concept and transfer to 2D prints base on current suppliers’ capability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create drawings in both 2 and 3-dimensional form.

· Create detailed design documentation, such as Technical Data Sheet for QC inspection.

· Complete drawings and TDS for sustain product components and assembly.

· Assist PIE and PM to request for samples and track samples delivery.

· Perform Engineering Change procedure.

· Participate in the samples validation and perform SER procedure.

· Create Catalog drawing and CAD-Archive files for marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachler degree or above, Major in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing

· 1 + years relevant working experience in CAD / SOLIDWORKS process, relative to project contribution

· Written English workable

· Team player and good at communication

· Having a good understanding of tolerance and dimension inspection method is preferred

· Having a good knowledge of production process, surface treatment and material is preferred
