职位描述
Main responsibilities:
General Administration
? Welcome/receive guests and serving drinks
? Attend to all calls, forwarding and taking messages promptly and politely
? Ensure safe and clean reception area
? Handle stationery supplies, collecting mails, managing incoming and outgoing mail
? Arrange local and overseas courier shipments
? Arrange and manage business travel bookings, including business travel visas and provide administrative
support to the office
? Ensure smooth running of day-to-day office operations and attend to ad-hoc administrative duties
HR Administration
? Liaison with recruitment vendors and assist with the recruitment process, where necessary
? Maintain and ensure completeness of employee personal files
? Input and update employee data into HR management system
? Leave and benefits administration
? Facilitate employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
? Provide support and work with outsourced vendor on work pass application/renewal process for foreign work
pass holders, where necessary
? Prepare employee verification letters, where required
? Liaise with outsourced payroll vendor on monthly payroll processing and payroll related matters
? Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Profile:
? Well-groomed with excellent client service and reception skills
? Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience with hands-on experience in HR operations (payroll experience
required)
? Organized and methodical approach to administration and record keeping
? Some understanding and practical knowledge of China employment laws
? Able to multi-task, work independently in a fast paced environment and in a team
? Can do attitude / driven, self-motivated and goal orientated with good problem solving skills
? Meticulous, hands on and committed with sense of urgency.
? Proficient in MS Excel & Word
? Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
