Job Description:

一年签外包编制,有转正留用机会;需进行全英面试!
工作地点:上海市陆家嘴

1.Deliver highest quality service to customers in Asia by handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
2.Responsible and accountable for the resolution of order-to-cash process problems and effective communication to all involved parties.
3.Respects all policies and procedures and proactively “lives” them.
4.Participate in Internal and external audits.
5.Capable to serve strategic and important customers i.e. global accounts or distribution.
6.Check accuracy of Customer Master Data in the SAP system in liaison with Master Data Focal point.
7.Handles and resolves customer complaints in a tactful and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction consistent with LyondellBasell’s guidelines.
8.Monitors payments and, where necessary, supports Finance/ credit team with the calculation of rebates. Requests credit and debit notes for price corrections.
9.Ensures mutual exchange of information between customers, sales and other internal departments (incoming orders, lost orders, outstanding payments, complaints, and special incidents).
10.Record the operation data in to the “G” drive for checking and tracing when needed.
11.Timely to report issues.


Job Requirements:
1.University / college degree preferred or equivalent experience
2.Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service or similar role with customer contact, or international trading
3.Fluency in both oral and written English
4.IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office)
5.Teamwork attitude、Communication skills、Priority setting、Customer focus、Drive for results、Interpersonal capability、Problem solving
6.Good understanding of company's business processes and operational procedures.
7.Sound knowledge of shipping and logistics to achieve results in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
8.Possesses basic, up-to-date knowledge of LyondellBasell’s products and services.
9.Knowledge in Order to Cash. 
10.Knowledge in international trading processes. 
11.Knowledge in handling banking documents.
