Essential Functions of the Job:

• This position is required to perform responsibilities as defined in the PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION.
• This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a Department.
• An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties throughout the Department as assigned and/or as necessary.

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:

CUSTOMER PLANNING & ANALYTICS (CP&A)

• Engage with Business and rest of ISD to shape IT project portfolio and priority
• Customer facing
• Understand business requirements and application capability
• Project and budget management
• ISD project tracking methodology

REPORTING and DATA ANALYTICS

• Deliver and own Global Sourcing data warehouse, KPI reporting, and analytics
• KPI Performance reports
• Analytics and business insights
• Data Warehouse

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

• ISD Life Cycle Methodology: Understand and able to apply ISDLC methodologies
• Judgment: Demonstrate Professional Judgment - Identifies and applies sound, fact-based criteria in setting priorities and making decisions. Uses business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Probes and looks beyond symptoms to determine the root causes of problems and identify possible solutions.

Supports and aligns with initiatives, goals, and actions focused on improving Customer service. Addresses the concerns and issues of internal Customers. Provides Customer data, analyses, and insights to improve Customer-related decisions.

Shares information, best practices, and knowledge across functions, organizations, and locations to improve performance. Effectively uses existing processes and tools to achieve performance objectives. Uses and explains major process steps to manage time, resources, and challenges to meet goals.
• Planning and Improvement: Plan for and Improve Performance - Implements plans, practices, and processes to better achieve organizational goals. Identifies contingency plans to manage or eliminates potential problems. Identifies and recommends ways to continually improve and streamline processes and practices.

Proactively shares relevant information and timely updates with appropriate stakeholder. Listens attentively and asks questions to ensure understanding.
