• Essential Functions of the Job:
• Review existing and proposed statutory requirements;
• Consult and Educate Customers on Compensation and Benefit Issues
• Develop and participate in surveys to collect and analyze data in order to determine company’s competitive position
• Third Party Vendor Management including contracts and service level agreements
• Coordinate in the work permit application, relocation and immigration process by working with vendors
• Support global mobility team, global equity team and tax department for local tax filing of expats

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:

• Provide support for initiatives, C&B projects and reports governance
• Consolidate and track status updates on projects and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Meet with the business to understand the overall business objectives and how C&B can support and impact the overall division and Company by understanding and articulating essential functions, competencies, and accountability of the team for job family evaluation.
• Conduct analysis for C&B market trend to ensure compliance; mentor and provide guidance to others;
• Educate and provide consulting service to customers on systems, processes, and available resources;
• Conduct analysis for reports and presentations;
• Create and maintain reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintain information security and confidentiality.
• Contribute to the development of compensation policies and procedures by identifying ways to improve compensation controls and processes;
• Monitor timelines for projects and initiatives; prepare and generate reports as needed; provide basic trend analysis to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with vendors to conduct monthly and annual filing for expats and provide the tax filing support for stock exercise process.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed.

• Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and local language
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Analytical and detail oriented
• A well organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment;
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes and cultural differences
• Knowledge of Statutory Laws regarding social welfare benefits, salary and allowances
• Establish an environment of ethics and compliance
• Developing and maintaining collaborative and cooperative relationships
• Apply cultural sensitivity to understand key cultural differences and communication barriers when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and language
